HIYA Programs the Burq Foundation in the strongly believe that women too can progress with distinction and contribute to individual and social development? located in the heart of one of the world’s prominent IT Hubs, Chennai, India, The Burq Foundation has all elements in place to take woman’s empowerment to the next level.

The size purpose of Burq Foundation is the Holistic growth and development of every woman’s. Irrespective of Caste / Creed / Religion / Age etc.

In a rapidly changing social-economic fabric where Technology dictates lifestyle and work cultures, one needs to redefine the role, duties, responsibilities and functions of a women. Burq Foundation is in the process of launching HIYA- A WOMEN’S EMPOWERMENT PROGRAM aimed at the Holistic development of girls and women. Hiya will design and develop customised short term job/ career- oriented programs on industry needed programs such as

Digital Marketing, School Administration, Event Management.

All of the above programs will involve imparting the following skills:

Entrepreneurship Skills, Leadership and Management, Effective Communication etc.

The aim of such a program is to enable women to function independently. Burq Foundation is planning to arrange for Sponsorship and Interest – free finance for promising and deserving candidates.
